The Website provides an email address and telephone number rather than a contact form. If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, organization, the contents of your inquiry and any information you voluntarily share. Please do not send sensitive information unless it is necessary and an appropriate secure channel has been agreed.

Technical information

When you visit, the hosting infrastructure and security services may automatically process technical records such as IP address, browser type, device details, requested pages, timestamps, referring page and request/error information. Such records are used for site operation, troubleshooting and security.

The Website does not require you to create an account or provide payment details merely to browse the corporate pages.

3. How information is used

We use information for reasonable purposes associated with operating our business, including:

• responding to inquiries and discussing potential projects or services;
• maintaining the functionality, reliability and security of the Website;
• preventing misuse, investigating technical incidents and keeping appropriate business records;

The current corporate Website does not intentionally set advertising cookies, operate an email subscription form or embed a dedicated behavioural analytics script in its supplied application code. If we introduce analytics, new cookies, embeds or additional tracking, this policy should be updated and any notices or choices required by law implemented before deployment. You may adjust browser settings to manage supported cookies.

5. Service providers, disclosures and cross-border processing

We may share the minimum information reasonably needed with website hosting, infrastructure, security, email and other service providers acting on our behalf. We may disclose information where required or permitted by law or with your authorization.

Some service providers, including Google Fonts, may process information outside Alberta or Canada, potentially including the United States. Information processed in another country may be subject to that jurisdiction's laws. We do not disclose inquiry information to advertisers for their own marketing purposes.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to address inquiries, operate and secure the Website, maintain business records and meet applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and risks involved. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The corporate Website does not currently offer a marketing mailing-list signup. If we send commercial electronic messages, we will follow applicable requirements, including obtaining consent where necessary, identifying the sender and offering a compliant unsubscribe method. You can also ask us not to send marketing communications by emailing us.

9. External products and updates to this policy

Our portfolio links to other product websites with their own accounts, workflows and potentially different information practices. Please review the privacy notice of each product before supplying information. This policy applies only to the Panda Industries corporate Website.

We may revise this policy when the Website, its providers or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest published version.
